The person behind the company.

Carlie Tomaszewski is the founder of Lux Management Group.

She’s a firm believer in the power of positive thinking, continuous personal improvement, and a stubborn commitment to excellence for herself and everyone around her. You can feel those values in how the company is built: in the technology, the team, the infrastructure, and in the way a problem gets solved before you even knew it existed.

Carlie will readily describe herself as a workaholic. She used to snowboard and wakeboard, and she was an avid dirt-bike and motorcycle rider. These days, the little free time she has goes to her seven kids – which, depending on the day, can feel like its own extreme sport.

What you’ll notice working with Carlie: she shows up, is detailed and knowledgeable, has an answer and a solution to everything, and she doesn’t believe in half-measures. It’s why owners who sign with Lux tend to stay, and why the company has built the reputation it has.
